However the idea here is to focus on all parts of the body. You have work on your shoulders, legs, and biceps triceps. You have to very careful in choosing how much weight you can lift. Always be on the safe side and carry a pound below your capacity. The idea behind a workout schedule is that it should be complete and should be followed to the letter. The way you lift weight also matters a lot. You have to visit a gym that has an instructor who provides you a good schedule.
